Question
Do you take credit cards?

Currently I do not, but will very soon. I currently take cash or check.

Question
Do you take insurance?

Sorry, no I do not, but will provide you with an invoice/statement or the necessary documents your insurance requires.

Question
If I am being seen by another holistic practitioner for my physical, spiritual or emotional circumstances, will the bodywork therapy sessions interfere with what is already being done?

Your bodywork therapy session will not overlap what is already being done, but I will communicate with all concurrent practitioners to complement and ensure that you are getting the most from your time, money and energy invested.

Question
Can I bring my 8-year-old son and 80-year-old father?

I am eager and willing to work with clients of all ages. For those with serious medical conditions I may need to speak to your primary care physician and or get your physicians approval before starting your bodywork therapy program.

Question
What should I wear to a bodywork therapy session?

Depending on what is going to be practiced during the session will determine the attire. For table work you will be undressing to your comfort level, so any attire is acceptable.

Please note you be draped with a sheet and blanket at all times, with the exception of the area being worked on.

For studio work (Bodywork Yoga Integration, Yoga and or Meditation) please wear loose fitting clothing that doesn't constrain movement but will not get in the way.

Question
What will I need to bring to a bodywork therapy session?

I will provide all props; yoga and meditation mats, please just come with an open heart, mind and spirit and ready to journey within!

Question
Is there any religious affiliation with your work?

I do not associate with any one religious affiliation but have reverence for all and find that all the great teachers of virtually every religion basically share the same message of peace, love, compassion, acceptance, contentment and self-realization. A message that is very evident in my work.

Question
How often do you recommend receiving bodywork with a limited budget?

The most important aspect is to receive bodywork regularly. Depending on the circumstances I recommend anywhere from once a week to once a month. I realize financial considerations have to be made with most lifestyle/family situations but I feel bodywork is more than a luxury and the benefits one can experience from bodywork if it is scheduled regularly can be profound and creatively worked into any budget.
